Via dell'Arco di Travertino, 151, 00178 Roma RM, Italy
An archaeological park along a preserved section of the ancient Via Latina, containing several richly decorated 2nd-century AD Roman tombs (Tomba dei Valeri, Tomba dei Pancrazi). The tombs themselves are usually closed for conservation and shown only by guided tour, but the park around them — with its line of cypress trees and ancient cobbled road — is freely accessible and atmospheric. Reachable from Metro Line A (Arco di Travertino).
