A tiny, cash-only Centro Storico institution famous for one dish only: deep-fried baccalà (cod fillet), batter-fried until crisp and served with a sliver of lemon. Add side of puntarelle when in season. The dining room is barely big enough for 12 diners, with paper tablecloths and unfussy service. Cheap, fast, genuine.
