Tiny artisanal fresh-pasta shop in the heart of Trastevere, run by Raffaella. Sells handmade fresh pasta — tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi, tortellini — to take home and cook. No seating, no prepared dishes; this is a pure pastificio. Mostly Italian-speaking, but Raffaella is famously generous and warm. A genuinely local rather than tourist-oriented spot.
