Pastasciutta (Trevi area)

The Trevi-area branch of Pastasciutta, close to the iconic fountain. Same model as the Vatican location — fresh pasta made on-site, takeaway-focused with limited seating, queues at peak times. Excellent value and quality given the location, where most surrounding restaurants are tourist traps. Carbonara and pappardelle ragu are particular highlights.
