South Tyrolean master Günther Rohregger opened in 2012 near Campo de' Fiori and expanded to three central locations. The philosophy: only organic mountain milk, Plose mountain spring water, and seasonal fruits. The result is gelato with extraordinary freshness and natural sweetness. The Alpine-inspired flavours — pino mugo (pine needle), ricotta stregata (Strega liqueur) — are unique in Rome. Much shorter queues than the famous landmarks nearby. Also offers smoothies.
