A Campo de' Fiori bakery institution selling fresh pizza bianca (soft Roman flatbread with olive oil, salt, rosemary) alongside the classic Roman street sandwich: pizza bianca filled with mortadella. Mortadella is thickly sliced from an enormous whole, the pizza bianca warm from the oven. Crispy, simple, magnificent. Also sells focaccia, pizza rossa, and pastries. Open mornings only — best before 11am.
