The Roscioli family's legendary bakery (distinct from the restaurant) produces what is widely considered Rome's best pizza bianca — soft, olive-oil-drenched Roman flatbread brushed with salt and rosemary. The pizza bianca with mortadella sandwich is a Roman cultural icon: the mortadella is sliced thick from a whole, placed inside the warm pizza bianca.
