Rome's most beloved late-night pastry institution: Lambiase Antonio Laboratorio Pasticceria, known as 'Dar Sorchettaro', is open only between 8pm and 7am. The signature is the sorchetta — a flat, pillowy croissant piled with custard cream, whipped cream, and your choice of Nutella, dark chocolate, or pistachio. The Nutella version is the one to get. A line of locals forms outside every night; the experience is uniquely Roman.
