Grezzo Raw Chocolate

Rome's first raw vegan pastry shop — all products are completely uncooked, using natural ingredients without dairy, eggs, refined sugar, or soy. Despite these constraints, the result is extraordinary: dense, intensely flavoured cakes and tarts made with nuts, dates, raw cacao, and cold-pressed oils. The chocolate truffles and gelato are particular highlights. An essential stop for visitors with dietary restrictions, and genuinely delicious for those without.
