A family-run pastry café on the Aventine Hill where chef Proia oscillates between French and Italian tradition — the laminated croissants and pain aux raisins are benchmark quality for Rome. Specialty pastries are made fresh daily. The combination of excellent coffee (Lavazza 1895) and exceptional pastries makes it one of the most complete breakfast experiences in the city.
