Family-run egg-pasta specialist in the residential Giustiniana district, far from the tourist core but worth seeking out for serious pasta enthusiasts. Specialty: ravioli — fish ravioli, ricotta-spinach, citrus agnolotti — all made fresh daily. Tortellini and gnocchi are also excellent. The grandmother-led family ('Nonna and her team') is at the heart of the operation. Sells raw pasta to cook at home. Closed Sundays.
