Casual atmosphere with cardboard trays and minimal decor — affordable and fast, but the pasta itself is genuinely well-made and al dente. The cacio e pepe and pistachio pesto fusilli with guanciale are particular highlights. A great fast-lunch option in the Centro Storico without sacrificing quality.
