An exception to the rule that proximity to the Pantheon means bad food. Fiocco di Neve (Snowflake) has been in the same spot since 1968 (closed 2017, reopened 2018 with restored quality). Natural ingredients: Italian Frisona cow milk from Basilicata, no preservatives, no artificial colours, GMO-free, gluten-free cones. The signature zabaione — a scoop of gelato with a pour of coffee over it — is a must. Open from morning until midnight, making it a unique all-day gelato destination steps from the Pantheon.
