A Jewish Ghetto institution since 1958 — open late (until 2am most days) and beloved by late-night Romans. The house specialty is rice gelato — a uniquely Roman flavour. Granita di caffè in summer is excellent. The location, between the Ghetto and Campo de' Fiori, makes it a natural stop after an evening in the area. Simple and unpretentious; entirely without tourist affectations.
