Pergamino became famous in Rome for introducing nitro cold brew, available on tap and in cans. Excellent flat whites and a full specialty coffee menu alongside an international brunch offering (pancakes, sandwiches, muffins). Knowledgeable baristas. Small space but a welcome respite from the Vatican queue.
